Terms & Conditions

By registering for the White Horse Roundup Pickleball Tournament, you agree to the following:

 

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18+ or have guardian consent. All players participate at their own risk.

2. Payment & Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable except in the event of tournament cancellation.

3. Conduct: All players must exhibit good sportsmanship. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior without refund.

4. Liability Waiver: Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic play and release White Horse Rugby, its organizers, and the venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

5. Format Changes: The tournament format, schedule, or rules may be adjusted at the organizers' discretion to ensure smooth operation.

6. Right to Use Likeness: By participating, you grant permission for your likeness (photo/video) to be used for promotional purposes.
